The Loan Review Board develops, amends, adopts, and implements all operating policies and procedures for the Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) program. The Board reviews, selects, and approves RLF loan applications, and makes final decisions concerning RLF loans, consistent with adopted RLF policies and procedures.
